Hello,
I have a new H3530, SN 17980250, that I cannot see in telnet, webpage or Tsensor. Both green ethernet LEDs are flashing simultaneously at about 2 Hz. This is the first time I've tried to use the device. From my reading, it seems like this is a firmware problem, can you help?

Hi,
It seems that your device have damaged main firmware. That blinking of LEDs at RJ45 connector signalises that backup firmware is running and waiting for uploading of new firmware.
Our technical support will be able provide you required firmware. Please contact them directly by the email. Please attach into email the screenshot from Tensor software Find device window. We would like to know if device is shown at that window. By default have device IP address 192.168.1.213 and it may to be required to set your computer into same subnet (computer IP 192.168.1.x and netmask 255.255.255.0).

Thank you. Tsensor does not show any device. I emailed tech support, so I will wait for their response.
