S3121 does communicate after batt exchange
Hi
I have a client that has several S3121 units. In 2 of them, when he changed the battery to a new one, the batt signal still appears, and the 2 units doesnt let us communicate with them through the usb optical cable as before.
Any procedure i can adopt to try to get the units back? or its best to ask for a RMA to them?

Hello Pedro,
Did your customer install right battery type (3,6V) into the datalogger?
If yes, could your customer open the datalogger and make a photo of elektronics?
