T3511 not communicate with TSensor

I cannot communicate with T3511 using TSensor. Www pages are visible.
Net settings are following:

T3511:
IP: 134.65.210.97
mask: 255.255.255.192
gateway: 134.65.210.65

PC:
IP: 134.65.124.19
mask: 255.255.255.192
gateway: 134.65.124.1

Are above settings OK?

Settings looks OK. Can you set the T3511 via telnet?
( in Start Windows menu select run and type cmd. Then in command window enter

Code:

telnet 134.65.210.97 9999

)

Re: T3511 not communicate with TSensor

I tried to extend communication timeouts in software and I sent this software version by your email. Could you test it, please?

Re: T3511 not communicate with TSensor

Unfortunately this version also don't work at all.

It works only in this same subnet. After connecting transmitter to other subnet it is impossible to connect to the sensor using TSensor.

BTW: Which ports should be opened for communication between TSensor and ethernet transmitters?

Re: T3511 not communicate with TSensor

TSensor application need open these ports:

TCP: 9999
TCP: 502 for ModBus
UDP: 0x77FE for reading connection settings

It is possible that connection failed on UDP port.
