t3511 settings problem

im using the TSensor program to configure it, and it saves all settings, exept temperature and humidity, i enter upper limit 25, lower 15, then i press "save changes", and when i reconnect to the sensor, it displays upper limit 2585,6 C, lower limit 3083,4, time is 25800 sec, it saves all other settings fine, like alarm settings and email settings - am i doing something wrong?

Re: t3511 settings problem

It looks that you use an older version of TSensor program with newest firmware in the device. Could you specify what version of TSensor and firmware version do you have?

Re: t3511 settings problem

Yes, thank you, I found an error in the TSensor application. I have repaired it, but it will have to be tested yet. We will test and make it publish on our web, as soon as posible. And I will mention about it in this forum. Meanwhile, TELNET can be used for alarm and other settings. Please run command-line tools at the prompt of the Cmd.exe command interpreter. To open Command Prompt, click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK. Type "TELNET ip_address 9999", where ip_adress is device IP address. And follow instructions...

Re: t3511 settings problem

I tried to set the time zone to Pacific Standard Time using the telnet interface. When I tried to enter -480 for the offset, it appeared not to take.
(Note the '-' sign.)
How do you enter timezones which are West of GMT?

I'm using a T3511 upgraded to     *  Firmware version: 02.32 / 1-5-2.03  * Web version: 4.02

Thanks.

Re: t3511 settings problem

Hi stevelan,

You found a firmware bug. I wrote this "feature" to the bug list. For -480min just write 65056 (65536 - 480) or use TSensor software.
