I have an H0530 sensor on windows 7, Tsensor 3-3-3-0.exe. I connected to my computer for the first time with an Ethernet to USB adapter and I am not able to find it on the network. All three LED's are on, red, green, and yellow and there was also a jumper floating around inside. Can someone post an image or diagram showing where the jumpers should be and off any help with my connection problem?

Hi Moriartty,
It is normal that three LEDs are on. These LEDs are for binary inputs and you haven't connected these inputs. I think issue with "missing" jumper is not related to your connection problems.
I think you have problem with setup of your USB to Ethernet adapter. Please try set static IP address at your network card (USB network card). Please set IP to:
- IP: 192.168.1.40
- Netmask: 255.255.255.0
- GW: 192.168.1.1
Default IP address of H0530 is 192.168.1.213. In case you set IP according parameters above, H0530 and your computer should be at same subnet.
Default jumpers configuration of H0530 should look like:

I ended up setting a new address and it worked fine, thank you so much for your help. It is working fine now. Does anybody know if I can get a COV for this item?

Hi Moriartty,
Sorry I don't understand. What is meaning of the COV?
... alternatively you can send your question directly to support support@cometsystem.com

I'm sorry, a COV is a certificate of volatility. I emailed the sales rep I dealt with last fall as well, but responses are much quicker here.

Good Morning,
Where can I find the calibration procedure for the H0530? I will need to provide it to my calibration lab.
