We changed the default IP address on the T3510 to our plant specific IP address using the TSensor software. We still cannot receive a connection when searching for the device. What do we need to do to have the software be able to talk to the device? Does the device need internet to connect to the software? Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
When you change IP address of T3510 device by TSensor or web from default IP 192.168.1.213 to static IP according your network setup, you should see device in TSensor software and Find device window. If you not see your device in this window or firmware version, device type and description are blank, then network parameters are not properly set.
Do not forget, that in some networks need to be also set subnet mask and gateway IP. Please check network settings and setup network parameters of T3510 again. For settings of T3510 you can also use web interface instead TSensor software. You may also use DHCP instead static IP.
There are no requirements for Internet connection to be able connect to device using TSensor software.
List of possible other problems, which can cause connection issue:
- When is used static IP, conflict of IP address with another Ethernet device can cause issue.
- Device is installed at another subnet than computer with TSensor software. For searching of devices in TSensor software is used UDP broadcast packets. When network infrastructure is not properly configured, you can have issue find devices in another subnet.
- Issue with firewall or antivirus software.
