Hi,
I am trying to download data from our comet S3121 datalogger, however it is not seeing the USB ports on the PC. They definitely work with anything else. Software in use in the full version of SW001. Can you help? The device works ok on another PC with a basic version of software.

Hi,

Sometimes it happens that FTDI driver is not installed properly during installation of the software. Please try to reinstall it. You can download it here:

Sometimes USB ports on the front of the PC case work unexpectedly. Try to plug USB Adapter to USB port on the back side of case.

Thanks. I've reinstalled USB driver and it is now working correctly.
