Hello,

We have several Comet T3511 devices with old firmware (1-5-1.00) and I was looking for the latest version. I haven't been able to find it on the download page for the T3511.
Could you provide a link for the latest version.

Hi,

Devices shipped with firmware 1-5-1-0 was manufactured in year 2007. Some that old devices, are not compatible with latest firmware. Please share serial numbers of your devices. According serial numbers we will be able determine if your devices are compatible or not. You can insert serial numbers here in forum or send to our support support@cometsystem.cz.

If they are not compatible with the latest firmware, can you supply the latest compatible firmware for them?

Hi,

It looks that your devices can be updated to latest firmware. After update your devices will be restored to factory defaults (IP, GW, should not be changed). During few moments I will send you download link to latest firmware to your email.

Thanks, following your instructions, the problem became more infrequent. Actually, I have thought it was something with the network settings. Or, what is the problem with your ISP. Because my ip was too much to change, generally this was not.

Please contact our support at support@cometsystem.com directly. They will provide you latest firmware for your device(s).

Long time ago we had available latest firmware on webpages, but we removed download it from legal reasons.
