I thing, NO.
There is at least two prerequisities:
1. You need knowledge about hardware and know how datalogger works. It's not so easy.
2. You need to know communication protocol for communication with datalogger. Datalogger communicates through our own communication protocol. This is public protocol, but it is in czech language only now (and no other language version comming soon).
