Faulty Firmware update on T3510
After firmware update the device stop responding on Web / SNMP / TSenor Software.
Still Pingable on DHCP IP. ( LAN Link & Con LED flashing constantly)
Is there a possiblility to recover the device ?

Hi,
yes, it is.
Run firmware updater utility with /rescue parameter (rescue keyword with leading slash -- e.g. C:\Users\toctoc\Downloads\fw_tx5xx_1-5-5-01.exe /rescue). Select device type T3510 from the list and insert your DHCP IP.
