Web sensor CSV export

Hi everyone,

I'm working with a T3610 right now. The csv export function is very nice but it would be even better if the timestamp for each measurement would also be stored in the file.
I hope someone can forward this to Marketing/Sales/Development.

Have a nice day

Re: Web sensor CSV export

Hi Christian,

Just enable SNTP synchronisation and you will see... by the way you must insert different NTP server address.

Re: Web sensor CSV export

Hi Jan,

thank you for your reply. I had already enabled SNTP. Now I changed to a different Timeserver but it made no difference. The csv export is just numbered form 1 to n. I also tried the IP from your online demo but no luck.

Have a nice holiday! Catch you next year!

Re: Web sensor CSV export

Hi Christian,

Thank you, I had a nice holiday smile

I think you do something wrong. If at index page is before time text "Local:" it means that device is not synchronized with NTP server. Possible problems at your case:

- you have set wrong IP address of NTP server or server is off-line (please do not use IP from our demo device, because this address is wrong)
- you have wrongly set IP of gateway
- your device haven't access to the Internet (if is not used local SNTP server)

Re: Web sensor CSV export

Hi Jan,

now it works. Our firewall blocked the connection :-)
