Hi!

We have bought a P8510 ethernet sensor and configured the email alarm settings. But we have a problem, we are a group of 8 persons in the department and only 3 emails boxes available in the menu for recipient emails.

I have tried to separate the emails by commas in each box and it works but it's only space for 50 characters that means only luckyly 2 emails.

Is there any solution to this problem? How can I increase the recipient emails?

Hi Jose,

We are sorry, there is no way how to add more email recipients into your P8510 device.

I think there is only one possibility. If it possible please set automatic email forwarding on you mailbox.
