Hi,
We've got problems with H7531R received yesterday :
- When we try to go to webpages, it says "Starting, please be patient ... "
- When we try to get temperature value with snmp we get nothing with .1.3.6.1.4.1.22626.1.2.3.1.0 and with .1.3.6.1.4.1.22626.1.2.1.1.0
We've done firmware upgrade with tsensor but still the same.
Any issue ?

Hi,
I think you have closed factory-default jumper near RJ45 connector. Just remove this jumper.

Ok it helped.
But now still have now web pages (In ie it says "internet explorer can't display this page" and in firefox "the connexion has been reinitialized").

Hello,
I haven't idea why you can't connect to the device. I this there is something wrong with your network/computer configuration.
A few hints:
- Is not problem with your firewall or anti-virus software? You can try disable anti-virus software temporarily.
- Is not there problem with your network? Do you use proxy server?
- Can you connect your device using TSensor software?
