Data Logger : S0141
Software : Basic Freeversion
Operating System Windows XP
Problem : Not able to communicate with logger. Logger showing (Error Message : Memory was not erased - Communication error)

Please use correct forum section in future, please. (Loggers/Software EN)
What adapter do you use? Do you have right communication settings?
Close software, disconnect device, then connect it back and run software. Try your action again.
