Powering T3510

Our company just bought 24pcs of T3510.

The first (random) device which I take from the box lite all LED segmets on powering and never switch them off.
The power is provided by AC/DC adaptor - 15V, 1000mA.

The same happend with the next device and I don't dare to try another! What is wrong?

Not to comment that any communication with the device is unavailable.

Re: Powering T3510

Hi,

Probably your AC/DC adapter is wrong (maybe some power spikes and device is all the time restarting). Try disconnect Ethernet RJ45 and use OTHER type of power adapter (some 12V with min. 200mA). Check your AC/DC adapter with voltmeter and oscilloscope (if available).

Re: Powering T3510

Thanks for the advice.
I just change the adapter and everything is fine.
