Empty emails from H3531R
Hi,
We have a H3531R - Rack mount server environment monitor
•Firmware version: 04.07 / 1-5-2.04
•Web version: 4.03
Serial No: 10980348
We receive alert emails but those are empty, no information inside.
Could you please help?

Hi,
We have no information about this issue. But this sounds me like some kind of incompatibility with your SMTP server. Inside your device is old firmware version (1-5-2.04). Please contact our support at support@cometsystem.com to obtain latest firmware version (1-5-3.04).

Yes, you right. Sending emails through Exchange 2010 is working.
It's not working in Exchange 2013 and hmailserver. Very strange.
I'm going to update firmware, hope that it solves my problem.
