Old T3511
Hi!
I have T3511 with firmware: 02.47 / 1-5-2.04. I reset device to default.
I can only enter by www. Latest Tsensor 3.2.2.0 cannot find device.
Latest firmware fw_tx5xx_1-5-5-01 say: Device infomation (conf) reading failed.
Maybe you count give me older firmware update? then from little updated firmware I can go to latest version?

Hi,
This sounds like you have wrong device identification inside device configuration memory. I think factory defaults via telnet could fix this issue.
Procedure for factory defaults via Telnet on port 9999:
1. For Windows Vista/7/8/10 add telent client into system first.
2. Open telnet on port 9999 (e.g. telnet 192.168.1.213 9999)
3. Press <Enter>
4. Press 7 … factory default
5. Press 9 … save and exit
After this procedure could be device reachable by TSensor software. After solving this issue let me know. I will send you latest firmware to your email. On web pages is not available latest firmware version. Latest version is 1-5-7-01.
