T3610 not recording to MySQL server

We have 3 of your T3510 sensors that are working fine.  Data is logged in a MySQL database that was created using your Database Administration Utility V1.5.0.49.  We wanted to expand the number of sensors we are using so I purchased some T3610's (colleague recommended them since they have POE feature).  I set these up but they will not record to the DB.  The T3510s have firmware version 1.5.5.01 and the T3610s have version 1.5.7.00.  When I run the soap diagnostic, I see that there are refused messages which coincide with the times the T3610s should be sending data (confirmed by adjusting sending interval).  Why would these messages be "refused ... from processing"?

The other thing I notice that is different between firmware versions is that v1.5.5.01 has a field for "SOAP server IP address" which is missing from the slightly newer version.  Not sure if it could have something to do with this.  I could try using firmware version 1.5.5.01 except that when I try to use that, it says I already have the latest version of the firmware and doesn't downgrade it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you.

Re: T3610 not recording to MySQL server

Hi,

Slightly different SOAP configuration page between firmware versions is not reason of your problems. In firmware version 1-5-7-0 was removed field "SOAP server IP address" because we add DNS feature for SOAP protocols.

Main reason of your problems it that you have old version of Comet Database. You use version 1.5.0.49 from February 17, 2011. Support for Tx6xx devices (T3610) was added at version 2.0.0.0 from April 14, 2013.

Please update your Comet Database to latest version. You will get support for you T3610 and also many new features (email and SMS alarms, etc.). Please download latest version here.
