Hi,
I have been running the 8541 for a number of months with just one probe connected due to location problems in our serveroom.
This past weekend I updated to the latest firmware and connected the remaining three probes.
However if I Click "Find Probes" on the Tsensor program it does not find any probes, i have tried restoring factory defaults, powering off the unit and powering back on but it will not show any probes.
I searched on the forum and saw other people had similar problems but the solutions were mailed to them?

Hi Andrew,
As you describes this problem, it sounds unusually. Maybe there can be problem with one of probes, which can cause that all probes are not findable.
Please follow this steps: 1. Please check if update was successfully done: - open webpages on device IP address - open sheet about and check for firmware version (4-5-5-3.2601 / 1.10) 2. Unplug all probes 3. Open device configuration on webpages (sheet Channels) 4. Press Find device button. There MUST be all channels with ROM codes 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 5. Connect one probe 6. Press Find device button. There MUST be one ROM code at 1st channel 7. Enable channel for measurement 8. Apply settings 9. Check measured values and continue with other probes

Hi Jan,
I have done the above and have found I have one faulty probe that when plugged in brings all of the others down.
