I have one P8511, firmware version 4-5-1.21

I successfully set up the sensor with the Modbus protocol, and tested all readings using cooling spray and everything looked good. In the beginning, I experienced an error1 message, which I do not know what means, but this message disappeared.
After installing it at the customers premises, it is always reporting 4.5 C.

I look into the web page of the unit, and it gives a data set for about one hour back, and "error1" earlier than that.

Strangest thing: The dataset is not changing.

At 12:07-12:03 : Gives 4.5C
11:07 : Error 1


At 12:10-12:06 : Gives 4.5C
11:10 : Error 1


Upgraded the firmware to latest version, but there was still no reading of temperature. Our retailer did some resets on the temperature registers, and then it suddenly worked again.
