SMTP authorisation for email server?
I am setting up a P8541 to remotely monitor a glasshouse, using the 4-5-1.21 firmware. Is there a way to add authentication for the SMTP email alarm alerts so that an internet mail server could be used?
I'm trying see if it's possible to connect to a service like gmail. I've pinged their SMTP server to get an IP address for it, can enter an user name, but there's no way to enter a password for authentication in TSensor. Is this possible in some way? Is there another way to get alarm alerts without an always-on computer as a server on-site?

Hi Sorbus,
P85xx devices not support SMTP authentication for this moment. Maybe We can add this feature to new firmware (without any guarantee). Best way how can use P85xx with e-mails is a local SMTP server.
